Installing a Vortex Valve™ on your ATV Suzuki Quad Runner 1988 is as easy as 1,2,3.
Step 1
Make sure the engine is off. Always wear gloves when working on machinery that is not running. 
Cal popped the seat off the Quad Runner. Using a Phillips screwdriver Cal loosened the clamp where it holds the air intake duct to the carburetor. Then he pulled the air intake duct loose like the picture at the right.
Step 2
Next, Cal inserted the Vortex Valve™in the duct with the flat side facing the carburetor like the picture at the left and tucked it into the air duct until it was flush with the end of the duct.
Step 3
Slide the air intake duct back over the carburetor and tighten the clamp. You are ready for the great out doors with plenty of extra power and response too.
