Installing a Vortex Valve™ on your Chrysler New Yorker 1986 is as easy as 1,2,3.
Step 1
Make sure the engine is off. Always wear gloves when working on machinery that is not running. No tools needed for this install. Just take off the wing nut on top of the air cleaner housing and lift off the top. Keep an eye on the wing nut.
Step 2
When you get the top of the air cleaner housing off you will see a 2 barrel carburetor like the picture at the left.
Install the series C Vortex Valve™around the outside of the 2 barrel carb, flat side facing the engine, just like the picture at the right.
This is a close-up look at the C series Vortex Valve™with the air filter. The amazing Vortex Valve™comes in sizes and shapes to fit almost any internal combustion engine.
Step 3
Replace the top of the air filter housing and tighten the wing nut. Thanks to the Vortex Valve™you are ready to save some very serious bucks, get more power and pollute less. Remember, if you don't burn it you are polluting less.
