Installing a Vortex Valve™ on your Dodge Dakota is as easy as 1,2,3.
Step 1
Make sure the engine is off. Always wear gloves when working on machinery that is not running. The install on this was done with no tools. This guy just unscrewed the bolt with his left hand. Don't try this at home. The proper tool is one we all have, a crescent wrench.
Step 2
He pulled back the air intake duct and inserted the Vortex Valve™with the flat side facing the engine.
When the Vortex Valve™is properly installed it looks like the picture at the right.
Step 3
Fit the round part of the air intake duct back over the Vortex Valve™and the throttle body, then tighten the nut on top and you are good to go. You are ready for the open road or wall-to-wall traffic with plenty of power and response and great mileage too. GOOD FOR TOWING.
