Installing a Vortex Valve™ on your Executive RV is as easy as 1,2,3.

Step 1

Executive RV install step 2 Make sure the engine is off. Always wear gloves when working on machinery that is not running. First we had to open the "Dog House" so we could get the air cleaner housing. No tools needed for this carb. Install. Take off the wing nut on top of the air filter housing and remove it.


Step 2

Executive RV install step 2 Then install a 4309-10.5C Vortex Valve™around the base of the carb. With the flat side facing the engine like the picture at the left.


Step 3

Put the top back on, replace and tighten the wing nut. Close and secure the "Dog House." Now lets put a Vortex Valve™on the generator.


Generator Step 1

Executive RV install step 2 The generator is located about two thirds of the way back on the driver's side. It's really cool. Rolls out on its own little shelf.


Generator Step 2

Executive RV install step 2 Loosen the clamp where it holds the air intake duct onto the throat of the little carb. Install a 7309-5C Vortex Valve™just like the picture at the left.


Generator Step 3

Put the air duct back in place and tighten the clamp. Return the Generator to its "Travel Position" and secure. Finally close the compartment door and secure. In 10 minutes you've given your engine more hill pulling power and better mileage and your generator will run longer on the same fuel and quieter too. You are ready for the open road or wall-to-wall traffic with plenty of extra power, response and good mileage too.
