Installing a Vortex Valve™ on your Ford Expedition 2000 is as easy as 1,2,3.
Make sure the engine is off. Always wear gloves when working on machinery that is not running. 
Before we can get to Step 1. we have to remove a cowling that's covering the part of the engine we need to get to. It's only three bolts. One on the passenger side and two on the driver's side.
Step 1
Using a flathead screwdriver we loosened the clamp where it holds the air intake duct to the throttle body.
Step 2
We pulled back the air intake duct and inserted the Vortex Valve™ in the duct with the flat side facing the engine like the picture at the left.
Step 3
Slide the air intake duct back over the throttle body and tighten the clamp.
Put the cowling back on and tighten the three bolts. You are ready for anything with plenty of power and response and great mileage too.
