Step 1
Make sure the engine is off. Always wear gloves when working on machinery that is not running. NO TOOLS NEEDED. Loosen and remove the wing nut on the top of the air cleaner housing. PUT IT IN YOUR POCKET.
Step 2
We removed the top of the air cleaner housing and installed a 4309-10.5C Vortex Valve™around the perimeter of the carburetor like the picture at the left.
Step 3
Replace the top of the air cleaner housing and the wing nut (in your pocket) and tighten. You are saving money and polluting less!
