Installing a Vortex Valve™ on your Honda Tony/Kart 1997 is as easy as 1,2,3.
Step 1
Make sure the engine is off. Always wear gloves when working on machinery that is not running. 
Using a flathead screwdriver, Mark loosened the clamp where it holds the air filter element to the carburetor, like the picture at the right.
Step 2
Pull back the air filter element and install a 7309-8C Vortex Valve™in the opening with the flat side facing the engine like the picture at the right.
Step 3
Slide the air filter element back over the carburetor and tighten the clamp. You are ready to blow some minds! You've got plenty of extra power, torque and response and you can go further between pit stops too.
