Installing a Vortex Valve™ on your Suzuki King Quad 1999 is as easy as 1,2,3.
Step 1
Make sure the engine is off. Always wear gloves when working on machinery that is not running. 
Remove the seat. Using a Phillips screwdriver we loosened the clamps where they hold air intake duct to the air cleaner housing and the carburetor.
Step 2
We removed the air intake duct. Then we installed the 7309-8C Vortex Valve™in the duct with the flat sides facing the engine like the picture at the right.
Step 3
Replace the air intake duct and tighten both clamps. Replace the seat. You are ready for any job or terrain with plenty of extra power and response and great mileage too.
