Installing a Vortex Valve™ on your Dodge Tradesman Van is as easy as 1,2,3.
Make sure the engine is off. Always wear gloves when working on machinery that is not running. Before we get to Step 1 Mr. C removed the Dog House. 4 snap-clamps. No biggie.
Step 1
No tools needed for this install. Just take off the wing nut on top of the air cleaner housing and lift off the top. Keep an eye on the wing nut.
Step 2
Install the Vortex Valve™around the outside of the 4 barrel carb, flat side facing the engine, just like the picture at the left.
Step 3
Replace the top of the air filter housing and tighten the wing nut. Thanks to the Vortex Valve™you are ready to save some very serious bucks Ä BIG TIME!
