Installing a Vortex Valve™ on your Triumph Daytona T595 1997 is as easy as 1,2,3.
Step 1a
Make sure the engine is off. Always wear gloves when working on machinery that is not running.
Using a flathead screwdriver, a 10mm end wrench, a 6mm Allen wrench and a 3mm Allen wrench Mark took the fairings and all the other stuff off the bike. The Vortex Valves™go under the fuel tank.
Step 1b
Here's a close-up of the right hand side of the fuel tank. You have to remove fairing parts to get here. There are two gas lines that need to be disconnected. They've got quick disconnects.
Step 1c
Next is the electrical connection for the gas guage. These have to be disconnected before you can remove the fuel tank.
